Terms & Conditions

(1) Full payment is required in advance prior to seminar/course commencement date. The payment could be made either by cheque or Bank Transfer and the following is the Bank Information.

(2) Attendance substitution is accepted - please notify Vnohow before the course. 'No shows' will be charged.

(3) Vnohow reserves the right to judge a minimum number of participants required to confirm each class.

(4) Vnohow reserves the right to cancel/postpone any course/schedule when participants per class is less than a minimum requirement or when necessary without notice.

(5) Cancellation must be received in writing regardless of by fax or email at least 2 weeks in advance prior to seminar/course commencement date otherwise the refund will not be possible. Then alternative solutions will be applied as follows:-

       (5.1) Transferring the credit to any other equivalent price course conducted within one month. Should the higher price seminar/course is preferred the additional payment for the balance is an option.

       (5.2) Transferring the credit to the same course in the next schedule.

(6) Vnohow reserves the right to cancel/postpone any seminar course/schedule or change venue/fees when necessary without notice.

(7) All prices are exclusive of V.A.T. 7% and exam. (unless specified or agreed)

(8) Students must satisfy course prerequisites at their own discretion.

(9) Vnohow is not liable for the loss or theft of or damage to any student's property when attending courses provided by Vnohow.
