This course is delivered in a classroom setting using case studies and exercises that are designed to enhance the candidates understanding of agile and scrum methodology. Students who have attended this course, and have done some self study, are suitably prepared to take the associated Agile Scrum Foundation exam.
Course Student Material
Students will receive an Agile Scrum Foundation classroom workbook containing all of the presentation materials, course notes, case study and sample exams.
Course Prerequisites
There are no pre-requisites for this course, although a basic knowledge of Service Management concepts will be helpful. It is recommended that students have taken the ITIL Foundation examination.
