Course Overview
APMG Agile Project Management AgilePM® v3 (also known as AgilePM3) provides candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve project delivery. AgilePM training and certification covers all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that candidates are well-equipped to handle any project.
AgilePM® v3 training course and certification provides project managers (and others involved with project activities) with a disciplined but flexible approach to the management of projects, allowing for iterative and incremental delivery of outputs and capabilities.
This 3-day long AgilePM® v3 Foundation training course equips delegates with a practical understanding of Agile Project Management and how to apply this within their working environments. It will also prepare candidates for AgilePM® v3 Foundation and AgilePM® v3 Practitioner certification exams.
Course Objectives
This accredited AgilePM® v3 Foundation course and certification will help individuals to:
- Understand Agile Concepts: Recall core principles of business agility, agile manifesto values, and agile project contexts.
- Master Scrum and AgilePM Basics: Grasp key roles, processes, and products in Scrum and AgilePM, including agile approaches to requirements, planning, and control.
- Collaborate Effectively in Teams: Identify agile project roles and responsibilities, focusing on collaboration and communication.
- Navigate the Agile Lifecycle: Understand the purpose and outputs of each project phase, from pre-project to post-deployment.
- Apply Risk and Compliance Standards: Recall risk management and compliance integration in Agile projects.
- Become and informed member of a project team using Scrum and DSDM practices:
- Using iterative approach (and incremental approach) towards project management

Course Prerequisites
Project management experience is preferred but not essential for Agile Project Management Foundation training.
